Christmas Tree Cutting permits go on sale.  Check in at the Zigzag Ranger District office for details.  The permit allows you to cut one tree up to 12 feet tall.  503.622.3191.

New Year's Eve Party at The Resort at The Mountain. Join us for our annual New Year's Eve celebration, and ring in 2006 at the mountain! The evening festivities start at 8 pm in our St. Andrews Ballroom, and features a live band (Intervision 5), appetizers, party favors, and a balloon drop at midnight. Tickets are $15 per person.

Robert Burns Night Dinner Celebration at The Resort at The Mountain. Mark your calendar for the most authentic Robert Burns Celebration this side of Scotland! This traditional Scottish celebratory dinner and entertainment pays tribute to the life, works and spirit of the great Scottish poet, Robert Burns (1759-1796). It will be a night filled with wonderful Scottish foods and Scotch whisky, bagpipe music, Scottish Dancers, and readings from Robert Burns' works. And of course we couldn't leave out the singing of his world famous "Auld Lang Syne."
