    <h2>For dining in, try this romantic recipe: </h2>
    <p class="lodgingHeader"> Pear  Ginger Cheesecake for Two</p>
    <p><strong>For  the crust:</strong><br />
      1/2  cup ginger snaps crumbs<br />
      2  tbsp melted butter<br />
      2  tbsp sugar<br />
      1  tsp grated fresh ginger</p>
    <p>Combine  all the ingredients in a food processor until mixed.&nbsp; Press into the bottom of a 6-inch spring form  pan.&nbsp; Bake for 5 minutes in a 325&ordm; oven.</p>
    <p><strong>For  Filling:</strong><br />
      8  oz cream cheese at room temperature<br />
      1  egg<br />
      1/4  cup sugar<br />
      1/2  tsp vanilla extract<br />
      1  Asian or Bosc pear, cored, peeled &amp; sliced thinly.</p>
    <p>In  a stand mixer, using the flat beater, mix cream cheese on 2 or low until light  and fluffy.&nbsp; Continue mixing and add the  egg.&nbsp; Then blend in the sugar and vanilla  extract.</p>
    <p>Arrange  pear slices over crust.&nbsp; Gently pour  filling over pears.&nbsp; Bake for 35-45  minutes at 325&ordm;.&nbsp; The filling should be  giggly when you take the cake out of oven.&nbsp;  Allow it to cool completely on a rack.</p>
    <p><strong>Topping:</strong><br />
      1  cup sour cream<br />
      2  tbsp sugar<br />
      1/2  tsp grated fresh ginger</p>
    <p>Mix  sour cream, sugar and ginger until blended.&nbsp;  Pour over cooled cheesecake and bake at 325&ordm; for 5-8 minutes.</p>
    <p>Chill  for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator before serving with your favorite  champagne or pear brandy.</p>
