The journey to Mt Hood is a road trip adventure unlike any other. As part of the Oregon Scenic Byway, the Mt Hood Loop Drive is full of history and endless activities. All stories are written by Courtney Vermaas who grew up on Mt Hood as an avid skier. She graduated from the University of Oregon in June 2006 with a journalism degree and a minor in communications.
