Historic Mt Hood Calendar
This Locally-Made Gem is Selling Fast!
Mount Hood’s rich history has been reproduced in a new 2010 Historic Hoodland Calendar. It was compiled and produced by the Hoodland Woman’s Club in the Villages of Mt Hood as a fundraiser for local community projects.
The historic images include rare one of a kind photos of the area from days long gone. The photos were provided by the Mt Hood Cultural Center and Museum as well as several from the private collection of Gary Randall, local history buff.
The calendar is available at Riverstone Gift Gallery and Wy’east Book Shoppe & Art Gallery as well as several other business locations around the Villages of Mt Hood. Pricing ranges from $13 to $15. Get yours while they last!
About the Hoodland Women’s Club
“Helping the Whole Community”
The primary goal of the Hoodland Women’s Club today is to provide assistance to members and families of the Hoodland community, as needed, through community benefit projects and fund raising efforts.

She earned an MA in Art History at the University of Oregon, and writes about the history and culture of people and communities. She’s spent time in Europe and on the East Coast, and says the Pacific Northwest is hands down the best place to live. She currently lives in Tacoma with her husband, an artist.
