What’s New?
in the Villages of Mt Hood
What better time and place to go in search of The Perfect Comfort Food than Mt Hood in winter! We checked in with some of our favorite local chefs and discovered some excellent new opportunities for foraging and grazing, mountain style.
What’s New at the Rendezvous?
A new and exciting entrée from The Rendezvous kitchen is always newsworthy. Among the latest additions to the menu are Chicken Breast Stuffed with Brie and Cranberry Chutney, served with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables, and Fresh Idaho Trout Almadine, a 1950’s classic reinvented, served with lacenato kale and jasmine rice. Still feeling peckish? Order up some Succulent Maple Brined Carlton Pork Chops: 12 oz. organic chops served with apple chutney, chipotle sweet potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Back by popular demand! Vegetarian Shepherds Pie: vegetables in a brown sauce topped with mashed potatoes then broiled to heavenly perfection.
